Registered Mental Heath Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Overview

We are looking for a Registered Mental Health (RMN/RNLD) with a passion for delivering the best quality of care to work 38.5 hours per week on a rota basis (8:00am to 8:15pm; 8:00pm to 8:15am). The role is at Cygnet Lodge Woking, which offers rehabilitation services across two wards – Marlowe Ward and Milligan House. The setting includes a 12 bed High Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) service, an eight bed annex with pre‑discharge beds, and community rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing.
• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
