ABOUT OUR DEPARTMENT at NCH

The 5th Floor Ortho/Med-Surg/Women’s is an all private, 32 bed unit at our North Naples campus that provides care to adults who are hospitalized with a wide variety of conditions, including general medical, orthopedics, women’s health and oncology. Nursing care consists of preparing patients for surgical procedures, providing post-surgical care, administering and managing Chemotherapy regimens, pain management, spiritual/emotional support and promoting a healing environment. Our units culture endorses compassionate care to our patients and their loved ones we serve.
