Position overview and responsibilities:

The Associate Nurse Unit Managers will be part of a team that provides high quality person-centred care to patients and residents of the Acute Ward and Urgent Care Department. The successful applicant will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and provide clinical leadership in the above areas. The ANUM will play a role in the overall unit management including monitoring of standards of care. The ANUM will have the skill and ability to monitor the provision of clinical care to ensure timely interventions and effective use of resources.
