Registered Nurse/Behavioral Health

Float pool nurses should have minimally 2yrs Nursing experience, with at least 6months to 1yr in Psych/Behavioral health setting. Float nurses are essentially going to be the more experienced nurses working on ALL 19 of the inpatient units here at SPH which include children, adolescents and adult age groups. Candidates will need solid clinical judgement, assessment, delegation, and leadership qualities.
