Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care as directed by physicians
- Record vitals and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and implement care plans
- Lead and collaborate with unit staff
- Support readiness for HFAP surveys
- Participate in patient rounds
- RN with active & clean Ohio license
- Current CPR (or within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS (or within 1 year of hire)
