RN / CVOR Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 1 to 2 Years of Experience Experience Required - Circulate Heart, Lung, Thoracic and Vascular Procedures. First-timers accepted: No Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: Yes, Weekend Call is required. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS Skills REQ: Cardiovascular: Atrial Septic defect (adult) repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, MAZE Procedure' Mitral valve replacement, TAVR (Transaortic Valve Replacement). Emergency management: Fire Safety. EQUIPMENT/ INSTRUMENTATION/SUPPLIES: Cell saver. Professional Knowledge and Skills: Administration of blood products, Infection control, Laser Safety, Radiation Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Wound Management. Is on-call REQ? Yes, On-call approximately 10 days a month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
