The unit serves a mixed population of ICU and progressive‑level patients who require advanced monitoring, intensive medical management, and timely interventions for complex conditions. Care is delivered in a fast‑paced environment by a collaborative team that includes nurses and patient care technicians, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication. The Randallia ICU supports a broad range of critical care needs while maintaining flexibility to manage patients across varying levels of acuity, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and patient‑centered care.
