💰 Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 + super
✨ Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 tax-free + additional $2,650 per year (meals & entertainment)About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Services Team, supporting older people to live safely and independently at home under the Support at Home Program.
This role combines clinical care, care coordination, education, and advocacy, working across home care services, group social support programs, and seniors' activities. You will deliver person-centred care with a strong focus on wellness, reablement, and independence.
