Registered Nurse - Home Health & Hospice

Pride Health is seeking a Home Health Hospice RN for one of our clients in TX! (Contract)



Coverage: Round Rock, TX area



Schedule: Days 8hr shift (on-call nights, weekends)

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour

Mileage Reimbursement: N/A



Duties and Responsibilities

• RNCM for home health hospice patients


• Symptom management, medication management, personal care, family support, education.


• Dying process 


• Admission, symptom follow ups


• PRN visits, recertifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license


• BLS


• HCHB experience is a plus
