Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Cleveland Clinic (Agency Request)
Position Summary: Provides high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring patient safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate family-centered support.
Key Responsibilities:
"Perform comprehensive assessments; interpret clinical changes; initiate appropriate nursing interventions and escalation.
