Job Description

your responsibilities will include:
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care
Supervise and guide nursing team members
Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care
Serve as a role model for safe practices
Essential Criteria:
·Authority to Work in Australia
·Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting
·Previous ICU experience highly regarded
. Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
·Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
·Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
·Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care
·Self-motivated team player
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
