Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Intensive Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Webster, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and advanced hemodynamic data
• Provide advanced life support and manage critical care interventions
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products
• Manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
• Assist physicians with procedures and emergency interventions
• Respond rapidly to life-threatening situations and changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
