Registered Nurse - Medallion, Thunderbird - RN

The Medallion Program is Mayo Clinic’s concierge medicine model within an internal medicine practice that serves adult patients (age 18 and older). It provides highly personalized, relationship-based primary care designed for patients who value enhanced access, longer appointment times, and proactive, coordinated care. Patients are supported by a dedicated care team, with features such as same day or next day appointments, direct communication with clinicians, and a focus on prevention, chronic condition management, and overall wellness.

Duties: 

The RN plays a central role in delivering coordinated, high-touch care for Medallion patients. They partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to manage both acute and chronic needs, serve as a key point of contact for patients, and ensure continuity of care.
