Job Summary:
The Job Title is a Registered Nurse providing direct and indirect care to clinic patients and their families using the nursing process. The role plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individualized care while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, holistic outcomes.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients comprehensively and reassess condition changes to support timely interventions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
