RN Home Health Opportunity
JourneyCare Home Health is currently seeking a dedicated RN to join our home health team. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in Orland Park, IL and surrounding areas, providing skilled nursing services, coordinating care, and supporting patients on their road to recovery in the comfort of their homes.
Location: Orland Park, IL and surrounding areas.
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
