- Provide nursing and basic care to clients.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of clients’ treatment regularly.
- Bedside nursing duties (permanent shift / rotating shift/office hours) such as:
- Assistance with ADLs, lifting and transferring of patients where needed.
- Provide comfort care
- Keeping pre-cooked meals to the patients
- Assist with activities appropriate to the patient’s abilities
- Vital signs monitoring
- Male and female catheterization
- Wound management, removal of stitches
- Tracheostomy care and management
- Nasogastric tube insertion and care management
- Medication management:
- Drug calculation/reconstitution, manage storage and administration of meds (inclusive of controlled drugs)
- Medication packing
- Create and maintain a database of all clients, ensuring strict compliance with doc...
