Job Summary: MaineGeneral Health is hiring a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Medicine Institute Practice. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patient access, safety, and continuity of care. As a Triage RN, you’ll help manage chronic conditions, coordinate health screenings, support providers with medical procedures, and deliver timely telephone triage to guide patients to the right level of care. You’ll also assist with appointment coordination and respond to urgent patient needs, contributing to a positive and comprehensive care experience for our community.
