Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Pediatrics - Nights

Tier 1 Supplemental Staffing RNs provide support to the organization by floating to multiple units and/ or areas within the VCU Health System (VCUHS). This flex pool includes Registered Nurses who work within inpatient areas to include adults and/ or pediatrics. The flex pool provides support 24/7 to VCUHS inpatient units, procedural areas, Periop and other specialties within VCUHS. Reassignment may occur in 4-hour blocks. This would also include an opportunity to float to other VCUHS facilities.
The Clinical Nurse II job demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills and begins to apply this knowledge to a specific patient population. This job assists the health care team with the prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort.
