**Minimum Qualifications**

+ **Education:** Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred.
+ **Licensure:** Current and valid Connecticut RN license.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in an acute inpatient setting.
+ **Certifications:** BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
