Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Observation Unit

Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Observation Unit to join the team. This role will be full-time nights; 7:00 . - 7:00 . (shifts will vary). Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible nurses.

The Observation Unit at Inova Fairfax Hospital is located close to the Emergency Room and comprised of 36 beds in ED type bays. This fast-paced unit experiences a high turnover of Observation patients, with an average length of stay of 25 hours, while also providing occasional inpatient care. The patient population consists of cardiac, neurological, medical, and surgical patients.
