As a Registered Nurse on 3B, you'll care for patients who require close monitoring as they transition from critical care, including those with complex cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical needs. This fast-paced, collaborative unit offers the opportunity to build strong clinical skills while working alongside a dedicated team that prioritizes patient safety, teamwork, and professional growth.
In this role, you'll work three 12-hour shifts per week on a rotating day and night schedule, with weekends and holidays shared among the team (six weekend shifts per six-week schedule), creating a balanced and engaging work experience.
