- Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormal findings.
- Document all patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of telemetry devices.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Valid BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
