About the Role 

Integral to hospital flow, the Registered Nurse (RN) Transit role ensures the safe intra and inter hospital transfer of patients. Well-suited to this role is an experienced nurse who enjoys meeting new people and being on the move – including by road ambulance. This role offers the opportunity to quickly establish rapport with and support the care of patients requiring transfer to inpatient settings, diagnostic departments and other hospitals – both routinely and in the context of clinical urgency.
