Summary The VA Health Care System, has 1 vacancy for a full-time Registered Nurse (Wound/Ostomy Care). The RN will be fully qualified and certified to function in a clinical role and in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Veterans Affairs Health Care System. Responsibilities The Wound/Ostomy Care Nurse provides comprehensive holistic care using the nursing process in the coordination, prevention, and management of patients in the Acute, Residential, and Community Living Center settings with skin problems to include acute and chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, ostomies/fistulas, medical adhesive related skin injury, and moisture associated skin damage.
