The RPN plays a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by supporting the LTC home in the administration of medications, treatments, and assessments. This position actively participates in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure excellence in resident care and uphold the quality of nursing practice in accordance with:

• Long-Term Care Standards
