Regulatory Enablement Lead (SERFF and AI Solutions)

**Job Description:**

The Information Technology (ITG) division of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Enablement Lead (SERFF and AI Solutions). The Regulatory Enablement Lead is responsible for onboarding, enablement, and sustained adoption of CLARA (Compliance Language Assistant for Regulatory Analysis) and other regulator-facing AI solutions. This role bridges product, technology, and regulatory users to support effective adoption and expansion of regulatory tools. **This is a full-time remote position. Residency within a 100-mile radius of the office Kansas City, MO is required.**
