**Pay Grade: 09 | Full Time | Shift Details: 8:00AM -4:30PM Monday - Friday (OFF Saturday & Sunday)**

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Works independently from the Gaming Commission staff and home office at their respective casino locations. This role combines the responsibilities of both a Background Investigator and a Quality Assurance Specialist. The primary focus is to ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, maintain machine integrity, and oversee background investigations for applicants, in alignment with federal, state, and tribal laws.
**Primary Tasks:**
Ensure compliance with the Choctaw Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), and the State of Oklahoma Tribal Compact regarding the integrity of electronic gaming machine logic compartments.
Monitor, track, and make necessary adjustments to the machine inventory within the Slot Accounting System.
