Senior Program Manager position available at Aloe Valley Wellness Manor:

The Role

The primary role is to be the custodian of all programs and to manage all aspects of client accommodation and services.

Responsibilities Lead the program content development through ongoing research, benchmarking, and refinement. Develop sales offerings and marketing strategies and lead and manage sales. Oversee all aspects of client administration, contracting, invoicing, and debt collection. Act as house master and support client care and accommodation. Participate as an active member of the counseling team. Oversee and manage all medication & nursing aspects. Ensure practice compliance and regulation. Requirements

Experience and qualifications in the field of addiction rehabilitation are a prerequisite.

The position also requires the ability to act as a house father and is a stay in position.
