Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Specialist (Fiduciary)

This role is based in Manila within a new Guy Carpenter business division under Marsh Philippines.

We will rely on you to:

• Lead the issuance of statements, collection of receivables, and payment of payables to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding fiduciary balances.
• Manage personal cash processing and fiduciary targets, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor accounts with advanced complexity and facilitate accurate reporting through the Client Support Services (CSS) Dashboard and other system tools.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of Market/Client accounts, ensuring all deadlines and time-sensitive activities—such as cash allocation, brokerage and billing collections, and resolution of fiduciary exposures—are met within established parameters.
