Relationship Associate - Property Finance

About the Role

Working within the Property Finance team, you will work with Property Finance Relationship Managers to provide credit and financial analytical expertise on a portfolio of Property Finance accounts. You will demonstrate in depth knowledge and understanding of the Property Finance customers, their business, and their industry providing effective complex deal support through accurate and thorough analysis. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound credit management and compliance, directly impacting Westpac’s reputation and business success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customers, their businesses, and industries to support Relationship Managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and support new business development.
• Attend customer meetings and contribute to account planning.
• Complete accurate, concise, and well-structured credit submissions within agreed timeframes.
