- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow Emirati and Islamic business presence.
- Maintain close contact and relationship with clients to ensure the bank remains one of their main banks, securing a major share of their wallet.
- Proactively solicit and manage businesses that meet the unit’s agreed risk‑reward parameters.
- Deliver agreed liabilities numbers and achieve significant cross‑sell of other bank products.
- Serve as an intra‑organization liaison to ensure service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate closely with all product and channel partners from RBG, CIBG, and the SME FX team to maximize opportunities through regular contact, feedback, coordination, and cross referrals.
