Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a wide range of insurance products to corporate clients, including: Non-Motor Insurance (Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, Professional Indemnity, etc.); Employee Benefits (Medical, Group Life, Personal Accident); and Motor Fleet
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and achieve monthly/yearly targets
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Analysis market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of customer service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance sales within the UAE market
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
