Citizens State Bank is opening its Durango branch in August 2026 and is seeking a Relationship Manager to help establish our presence in Southwest Colorado.
This is a relationship-first, business development role — not a formal lending position — designed for someone with genuine Durango community ties, foundational banking knowledge, and a drive to build something meaningful in a market they know well.
You'll develop and grow business and consumer banking relationships, drive core deposit growth, and serve as the primary bridge between customers and CSB's lending team for more complex credit needs.
