Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to guide prospective buyers through their journey of investing in premium hospitality-backed real estate.
This is not a cold-calling role. Qualified leads are generated through marketing activities. The role focuses on relationship building, consultations, site visits, and customer conversion.
Responsibilities
Attend and respond to incoming enquiries.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Schedule and conduct Google Meet consultations.
Explain project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate and conduct site visits.
Build trust and maintain relationships with prospects.
Follow up consistently until decision-making stage.
Maintain CRM updates and customer records.
