Job Description

To actively lead the management of a portfolio of existing SME business customers in a dynamic fashion by proactively deepening existing relationships whilst effectively weeding out weaker or potential distressed customers as well as adding new customers of the required quality and quantity in line with the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss objectives of SME Banking Division and the Group.

Description

  1. Conduct customer profitability analysis and formulate account strategies in collaboration with product specialists for both existing and prospective clients. Implement account plans, including cross‑selling initiatives or exit strategies where appropriate.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all inquiries related to credit, deposits, and other banking products and services, including operational matters.
