Position/Job Purpose Develop Mexican markets with due knowledge and experience within a short period of time. Key Roles and Responsibilities Understand market needs, identify potential opportunities and proactively participate in marketing and the product development cycle. Initiate credit business, project financing and syndication loans for commercial banking customers. Under the instruction of department head, lead the business development team to penetrate further into existing clients, increasing BOC's share of wallet.
