Relationship Officer - Business Loans

Job Purpose

To drive the bank’s sales growth by exceeding monthly and annual targets, acquiring new customers, and fostering strong relationships within the existing client base while ensuring compliance with KYC, compliance, and banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives
• Ensure market penetration through focus on New To Bank acquisition and soliciting existing clientele
• Perform proper analysis of cases and provide all related information of the customer after field visits
• Familiarize with all policies, products, and processes to ensure a superior client onboarding experience
• Proactively participate in learning, development, and training programmes to be an effective sales personnel
• Ensure strict adherence to all KYC, compliance policies, and other processes as stipulated
