You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of semiconductor processes through advanced testing, analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

• Develop and implement reliability assessment systems for semiconductor processes, including TDDB, HCI, BTI, PID, EM, and SM.
