Job Description

 We are recruiting motivated, warm individuals for the role of Relief Recovery Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to people with mental health needs at our Nursing and Residential homes services in Stoke.
  Your role will include: 
 Providing ad-hoc cover on the rotas to cover instances such as sickness, annual leave, training and vacancies.
 Working with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support and risk management plans with a person centred approach, assisting someone to make their breakfast in the morning, go swimming or to a local cafe in the afternoon – or even helping them plan their holidays.
