Relocation Sales Executive

Contacting potential customers who are relocating from Singapore to other countries worldwide and vice versa. Be the primary point of contact for transferees throughout the move process. Estimate volumes of Household / other goods for International/Local Removal (Air or Sea or Road) to pack and load, providing quotations, communicating with customers to secure the business. Coordinate move services with agent/partners to ensure successful logistical coordination of each household goods move, in accordance with company and Client procedures and standards. Monitor shipment status, including accurate and timely updates of internal and external records. Maintain the expected level of profitability per file by working costing, quotations. Accurately process invoices within the required time frame to ensure that revenue levels are met.
