Job Description
Job Summary
The Remedial Account Officer for Corporate and Commercial Loans is responsible for managing a portfolio of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPAs), and initiating and implementing strategies to maximize collection and/or recovery from these assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Give management regular feedback on all loan recovery and ROPA resolution strategies and status
- Coordinate with legal counsel remedial actions involving litigation and/or requiring legal opinions
- Ensure completeness of loan and mortgage documents covering outstanding approved credits of NPLs and all other critical documents pertaining to ROPAs for resolution.
- Adhere strictly to Bank's credit and risk policies and guidelines.
