Remedy/Helix ITSM Lead — Platform & Service Delivery

LPS is looking for an experienced IT professional to lead their ITSM tool team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves managing resources and ensuring the BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM tool services are effectively implemented and maintained. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, at least 5 years of experience in IT, and specialized skills in Remedy/Helix ITSM. Fluent English is a must, while proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
