Remote AI Ethics & Compliance Analyst

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure they meet standards for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. This remote role provides the flexibility to work 10–40 hours per week.

As an Analyst, you'll review content, classify compliance criteria, and provide actionable feedback. No prior experience in AI or policy is necessary, making it accessible for anyone with strong critical thinking skills and a genuine interest in ethics.
