Remote Application & Operations Specialist

Own and execute time-sensitive application and lease-related operational tasks triggered by system events. This role is responsible for accurately completing manual actions that close gaps between systems, ensuring zero disruption to customer leasing workflows. Precision, speed, and accountability are core requirements.

This individual will own one critical workflow end-to-end and will be cross-trained over time on additional Venn BPO processes.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and respond to operational triggers delivered via Slack and a centralized task queue
• Execute clearly defined actions in third‑party systems (e.g., application status updates, lease data entry, payment reconciliation)
• Ensure all work is completed within assigned SLAs and acknowledged once complete
