Job Description
Purpose:
The Associate Director will work and live within the western United States(preferably the City of Denver or surrounding metropolitan area or the City of Phoenix or surrounding metropolitan area)to achieve a high level of visibility for the College; identify and recruit well-matched candidates for admission; build relationships with high school counselors, educational consultants, and alumni; and assist students and their parents in applying for admission and fi nancial aid. The Associate Director will also be a key member of the Regional Recruitment Team, assisting and supporting the overall regional recruitment efforts of the College.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage daily with prospective students and their parents via phone, text, email, video, and in-person to achieve a high level of interaction and build sustained relationships through the college search. Perform a specific number of outbound touch points per day.
