Remote Bilingual Customer Experience & Ops Specialist

Link-Worldwide is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist for a full-time remote position. The role includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting an excellent customer experience.
