Remote Bilingual Customer Support Pro

Resolv Global is looking for Bilingual Customer Support Representatives in Puebla, Mexico. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries across e-commerce and telehealth services. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish and have at least one year of customer service experience.

Work is conducted remotely, and ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. Pay is $5.50 per hour, with training held Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time.
