We’re looking for a people-focused and proactive Client Experience Backer to help clients feel supported, valued, and successful throughout their journey with us.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and email
Conduct regular client check-ins and provide ongoing support
Handle concerns professionally and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
Gather feedback to improve client satisfaction and retention
Identify referral and upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn through coaching and daily role-play sessions
Experience in customer service, client success, or account management is a plus
