Description: We're hiring upbeat, tech-savvy individuals for a fully remote, TEMPORARY technical support role assisting college students and military personnel with internet setup and connectivity. This is not your typical call center job we re looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in technology, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer service is everything. Above all, we re looking for people who treat students, parents, and military members with kindness, patience, and respect. Even if you don t have every technical answer, your ability to listen, show empathy, and genuine care make all the difference.
