Remote HR Operations Generalist

Placemakr in Colombia is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to manage confidential HR records and support onboarding and off-boarding processes. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of HR experience and is detail-oriented.

This remote-first position requires aligning working hours with Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills, a Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration, and be bi-lingual in Spanish.
